Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan lets you protect an identity, run basic scans and use secure messaging, with no credit card required. Upgrade any time for deeper scans and more volume.
What is the difference between quick, full and deep scans?
Quick scans check the fastest, highest signal sources. Full scans cover our standard source set. Deep scans go the widest and take a little longer. You also choose what to scan: name, email, phone, usernames or social.
Can I pay per scan instead of subscribing?
Yes. With a wallet balance you can run pay per scan on top of your plan, so you only pay for what you use.
Do I need to verify my identity (KYC)?
KYC is optional but recommended. Verifying earns you a Verified badge and lets you share an integrity link so others know they are talking to the real you.
Can I cancel any time?
